If you cancel 3 or more days before your session, you can request a full refund.
If you cancel within 2 days of your session, you will pay the full fee. However, you can reschedule your consultation at no extra charge.
Rescheduling an appointment is free the first time. If you need to reschedule the same appointment again, you will pay a £20 rescheduling fee.
If you miss an appointment without notifying me, you will need to pay a £20 fee to reschedule it. If you miss the rescheduled session without notifying me, you will forfeit your payment and will not be able to reschedule your consultation.
Please note that there is a lot of preparation that needs to be done for a consultation, election, or rectification of birth time.
For the Astrology Coaching and Personal Development programme, payment is made for each session in advance.
You can reschedule appointments free of charge up to 3 times in total for the Astrology Coaching and Personal Development programme. However, for the Astrology Coaching and Personal Development programme, after the 3rd time of rescheduling, a £20 fee is made for each additional rescheduling.
Please contact me if you feel that an exception to these policies is justified due to extraordinary circumstances.
I can also offer discounts for people who are in financial difficulties.
When I send an invoice through PayPal, I will also include the Cancellation & Refunds & Missed Sessions policy.
Payment of an invoice indicates that you have agreed to this policy.
